A chef with Dutch roots, after a trajectory of starred restaurants in the Netherlands he eventually landed in Antwerp, sous-chef at Dox café and then chef at Roji where he immersed himself in sophisticated oriental cuisine.
I always call him "a sucker for sauces " because they are truly breathtaking . !! Thanks Bas, also for being zone fine human being !!!

Is our indispensable jack-of-all-trades in the kitchen, he peels a bussel of asparagus or a hundred with as much ease as he cuts up a back quarter. If everything is neatly in place and ordered in the kitchen, Johan is behind it.
The restaurant sector was a late vocation, but the right one. Thanks Johan !!!

There are no words to describe Kelsey's dynamism as she drives the room, in our midst we call it a "class act " ... intuitive, intelligent, eloquent, she is it all in one radiant appearance .

The number of star and two-star establishments where Jelle has worked cannot be counted on one, let alone two hands, a beautiful wife and ditto child made him change direction but he still enjoys coming to us to indulge in the fine dining experience.
